Michelle is a former Fast-Track student at Hogeschool Utrecht, majoring in International Business. Additionally, she is a member of the Honours Community. Michelle is enthusiastic about sustainability, business advancement, and servant leadership. She believes that bringing value to others and having a positive influence are crucial. In addition, she considers that equal opportunity, collaboration, and synergy are powerful tools for making an impact.
She currently works as a Junior Consultant in Sustainability Management at Sustainable AG, a consultancy specializing in strategy and management consulting in the fields of sustainability, corporate responsibility, and carbon management. Sustainable AG was established in 2008. They help companies assess global sustainability issues and meet stakeholder expectations. They support clients in creating and implementing effective strategies. Over a decade of expertise informs their consulting in these fields. They work with SMEs, DAX-listed companies, institutions, public authorities, and NGOs. Sustainable AG develops and implements corporate responsibility (CR) and climate strategies, carbon management, EU ETS requirements for businesses, and corporate sustainability coaching and moderation. They cover many sustainability topics and services with their sister company, Akzente Kommunikation und Beratung GmbH, which specializes in sustainability reporting.
